What does AutoHisaab cost?
AutoHisaab is free for 45 days with every feature included and no card required. After that it is PKR 499 a month, or PKR 4,999 for a year. There is no setup fee and no charge per vehicle, per customer or per user.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The app keeps working on your phone and nothing is deleted. Your vehicles, customers, sales, instalments and reports are all still there and you can carry on adding to them. What stops is the online side: cloud backup pauses, and you can no longer open your showroom on a computer or restore onto a new phone. Start a plan whenever you like and backup picks up where it left off.
Does AutoHisaab work without an internet connection?
Yes. Records are written to your phone first, so adding a vehicle, recording a sale or marking a payment all work with no signal at all. Everything syncs on its own once you are back online. The only parts that need a connection are cloud backup, WhatsApp reminders and opening your showroom on a computer.
Can AutoHisaab send WhatsApp reminders to my customers?
Yes. AutoHisaab can message a customer on WhatsApp when an instalment is due, when it is overdue, and when a payment has been received. The messages are sent from our servers, so they go out even when your phone is off, and you can see which were sent and whether they were delivered. You can turn reminders off, or limit how often any one customer is messaged.
Is AutoHisaab only for cars, or bikes too?
Both. AutoHisaab is used by car showrooms and bike showrooms, and the same sale, instalment and payment tracking works for either. You can keep cars and bikes in the same showroom.
Where is my business data kept, and who can see it?
Your records are kept on your phone and copied to our servers so nothing is lost if the phone is. They are used to run the app for you - they are not sold and not used for advertising. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete your account at any time, and you can also delete anything yourself in the app. Nothing about your showroom is public unless you choose to share a vehicle on the Showroom Network.
Can I use AutoHisaab on a computer?
Yes. Sign in on a computer by scanning a code with your phone - there is no second password to remember - and you get the dashboard, vehicles, customers, sales and reports on a bigger screen. You can see every computer your account is open on and sign any of them out from your phone.
How do I pay for AutoHisaab in Pakistan?
By bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or SadaPay. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are what you are charged. We do not take card details over the phone. Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back period.
